Due to unfavourable forecast weather conditions and our commitment to keeping our participants, staff and volunteers safe we have made the decision to postpone the Swim the Island Mudjimba from Saturday 30 April to Saturday 8 October 2022

Whether you're a serious swimmer looking for your next challenge or looking for the ultimate event to step into open water swimming, Swim The Island is a unique experience not to be missed.

Leaving the shore at Mudjimba, find yourself swimming out around the iconic Old Woman Island, across reef home to curious turtles, before heading back to shore in time for coffee and breakfast. Make it a race against the clock or a micro adventure around an island you’ve seen from the beach, but not yet explored....

COURSE MAP

Please note: This is an open ocean event with a course that takes swimmers approximately one and half kilometres offshore
